Special Notes: In an homage to the blended porters of old in the United Kingdom, our Solera Vulture, is a blend of three different ages of the same beer. One barrel aged for almost 20 months, one for just under a year, and one freshly made. The blending of different ages adds a complexity of flavor to the finished product.

Special Notes: This pale sour base was aged for over a year in neutral oak barrels before we added fresh lime and lemon juice from one of the brewer’s trees and then rounded it off with a touch of sea salt.

Special Notes: This unique barrel aged sour is bursting with fresh fruit juice. The base sour was fermented with a blend of Lactobacillus and saison yeasts and then aged for twelve months in wine barrels. We then added loads of juice from hand picked tangelos and tangerines  from one of the brewer's trees.
