Pablo

Solera Sour Ale on Nitro | 5.6% ABV

Special Notes: A complex sour ale, Pablo is a blend of two beers. One young and bright and one aged for nine months with Lactobacillus and twelve different strains of Brettanomyces. Pablo is the start of our solera project, where each progressive batch will get more complex.

American Pale Sour w/ Tart Red Cherry | 5.6% ABV

Tasting Notes: Fresh peach, tart cherry, and soft acidity

Hops: German Saphir

Special Notes: Aged for 16 months with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, we added red tart cherry to the secondary fermentation and allowed the sugar in the fruit to ferment and incorporate with the funky and tart flavors of the wild fermentation.

Tejuino Inspired Ale | 5.8% ABV

Special Notes: Tradional tejuino is popular in the Mexican states of Jalisco and Colima, and is a low alcohol beverage made with corn masa, limes and piloncillo. Our Tejuino inspired ale is made with heirloom blue corn masa, barley malt, hand picked limes from one of the brewer's trees, and locally produced piloncillo.

This English style ale is assertively malty with rich notes of toffee and caramel. Late and dry hopping with British hops lends this beer amazing flavors of peach and black tea which balances against the refined and fruity flavors of the English yeast. Pairs well with curries or duck.

This assertively hopped Red Ale carries unique aromas of pineapple, papaya and banana. Pioneer’s bouquet of tropical flavors compliments the roasted malt backdrop that makes it memorable.  Pioneer goes well with spiced food (Indian, Thai), as well as with a charbroiled burger.

Progress Brewing is now hiring for a full time dishwasher position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning glassware and other tasting room equipment
  • Busing and cleaning tables
  • Restocking tasting room staff with glassware and other equipment
  • Help maintain and clean the tasting room and the restrooms
  • Change full kegs (~160 lbs)
