Eastwood - OTTO SUPREME

Single Hop Double IPA | 7.2% ABV

Availability: Special Release One Time Brew

Tasting Notes: Melon, passionfruit, and lemongrass

Hops: American Otto Supreme

Banquo

Strong Scotch Ale with Coffee | 8.2% ABV

Availability: Seasonal

Tasting Notes: Caramel, cold brew coffee, and flint

Hops: German Northern Brewer

Special Notes: Infused with two different Ethiopian coffees

Salvador

American Pale Sour w/ Tart Red Cherry | 5.6% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Fresh peach, tart cherry, and soft acidity

Hops: German Saphir

Special Notes: Aged for 16 months with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, we added red tart cherry to the secondary fermentation and allowed the sugar in the fruit to ferment and incorporate with the funky and tart flavors of the wild fermentation.


Pablo

Solera Sour Ale on Nitro | 5.6% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Nectarine, clove, and almond

Hops: East Kent Goldings

Special Notes: A complex sour ale, Pablo is a blend of two beers. One young and bright and one aged for nine months with Lactobacillus and twelve different strains of Brettanomyces. Pablo is the start of our solera project, where each progressive batch will get more complex.

Santa Muerte

Gose l 6.4% ABV

Availability: Seasonal

Tasting Notes: Moderately sour, drying saltiness, and citrus.

Hops: Czech Saaz and German Tettnanger

All Progress beers are made with American, English, or German base malts, and supplemented with American, Canadian, German, Belgian, and English specialty malts.
