Special Notes: This unique barrel aged sour is bursting with fresh fruit juice. The base sour was fermented with a blend of Lactobacillus and yeasts and then aged for two years in wine barrels. We then added loads of juice from hand picked tangelos, tangerines and navel oranges from one of the brewer's trees.
