Lionheart

English Barleywine | 10.4% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Dessert wine, maple syrup, and raisin

Hops: German Northern Brewer, UK Fuggles, UK Challenger, and US Centennial

Special Notes:  This special release was aged for 20 months in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels. This sweet boozy sipper is perfect for cold weather.

Salinger

Barrel Aged Rye Stout | 9.3% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Rye whiskey, milk chocolate, plum

Hops: German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittelfruh

Special Notes: Aged for 8 months in Redemption Rye Whiskey barrels


Frida

Pale Wheat Sour with Boysenberries | 6.7% ABV

Availability: Seasonal

Tasting Notes: Bright acidity, berries, and wheat sweetness.

Special Notes: Oak barrel fermented with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces

SOLERA VULTURE

Blended Porter | 8.0% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, red delicious apple, and grapes

Hops: German Northern Brewer

Special Notes: In an homage to the blended porters of old in the United Kingdom, our Solera Vulture, is a blend of three different ages of the same beer. One barrel aged for almost 20 months, one for just under a year, and one freshly made. The blending of different ages adds a complexity of flavor to the finished product.


Baphomet

Bock | 6.9% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Toasted bread, hazelnut, and raisin

Hops: German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittelfruh

Special Notes: Aged for 5 months in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels

CHIVATOR

Doppelbock | 8.5% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Licorice, grape juice, chocolate covered raisins

Hops: German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittelfruh

Special Notes: Aged for 12 months in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels

 


TEPACHE

Tepache Inspired Ale | 5.7% ABV

Availability: Seasonal

Tasting Notes: Pineapple, oak, and soft acidity

Hops: Willamette

Special Notes: Aged for four months with Saccharomyces and Lactobacillus, we added pineapple to the secondary fermentation and allowed the sugar in the fruit to ferment and incorporate with the funky and tart flavors of the fermentation.

CHOCO henry

Chocolate Raisin Imperial Wheat Stout | 8.6% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, mocha, raisin

Hops: German Northern Brewer

Special Notes: With Öko Caribe cocoa nibs and locally harvested raisins. Barrel Aged for 4 months in oak barrels

 

 


Salvador

American Pale Sour w/ Mango | 5.6% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Fresh peach, mango, and soft acidity

Hops: German Saphir

Special Notes: Aged for eleven months with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus, we added mango to the secondary fermentation and allowed the sugar in the fruit to ferment and incorporate with the funky and tart flavors of the wild fermentation.

 

Centurion

 Belgian Dark Strong | 11.2% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Rum raisin, blueberries, dark cherries, and brown sugar

Hops: German Northern Brewer, and UK Fuggles

Special Notes: Aged in chardonnay barrels for 14 months.


Mt. Wilson

IPA l 6.6% ABV

Availability: Year Round

Tasting Notes: Crisp bitterness, pine, and resin

Hops: Columbus and Experimental Grapefruit

Raccoon

California Fresh Single-Hop IPA | 8.6% ABV

Availability: Special Release One Time Brew

Tasting Notes: Bell pepper, geranium, and lemon thyme

Hops: Freshly harvested Gargoyle hops from California

All Progress beers are made with American, English, or German base malts, and supplemented with American, Canadian, German, Belgian, and English specialty malts.
