WINTER WARMER

Winter Warmer | 11.1% ABV

Availability: Seasonal

Tasting Notes: Caramel, cinnamon, liquorice

Hops: German Northern Brewer

Special Notes: Aged for 22 months in a mixture of wine and Martiniquais Rum barrels and infused with a blend of spices.

Frida

American Wheat Sour with Pomegranate | 6.5% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Pomegranate, lemonade, and fresh cut grass

Oak barrel fermented with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces


MEE-MOOSE-SA

Fresh Fruit Sour | 5.4% ABV

Availability: Special Release

Tasting Notes: Citrus, citrus, and more citrus!

Hops: Aged Willamette

Special Notes: This unique barrel aged sour is bursting with fresh fruit juice. The base sour was fermented with a blend of Lactobacillus and saison yeasts and then aged for twelve months in wine barrels. We then added loads of juice from hand picked tangelos and tangerines  from one of the brewer's trees.

SOLERA VULTURE

Blended Porter | 8.0% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, red delicious apple, and grapes

Hops: German Northern Brewer

Special Notes: In an homage to the blended porters of old in the United Kingdom, our Solera Vulture, is a blend of three different ages of the same beer. One barrel aged for almost 20 months, one for just under a year, and one freshly made. The blending of different ages adds a complexity of flavor to the finished product.

Bock | 6.9% ABV

Tasting Notes: Toasted bread, hazelnut, and raisin

Hops: German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittelfruh

Special Notes: Aged for 5 months in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels

CHIVATOR

Doppelbock | 8.5% ABV

Availability: Special Barrel Release

Tasting Notes: Licorice, grape juice, chocolate covered raisins

Hops: German Northern Brewer and Hallertau Mittelfruh

Special Notes: Aged for 12 months in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels

 


VINCENT w/ Raisins

American Red Sour Ale | 5.4% ABV

Tasting Notes: Ripe cherry, sour pomegranate, and oak

Hops: Cascade

Special Notes: Aged with Brettanomyces for over twenty months in Chardonnay barrels

LEONARDO w/ Tangerine

American Sour Ale with Fruit | 6.1% ABV

Availability: Seasonal

Tasting Notes: Tangerine, sour patch kid, and assertive acidity

Hops: Aged Willamette


ELECTRODOME w/strawberries & Raspberries

Fruited Wheat Wine | 10.0% ABV

Centurion

 Belgian Dark Strong | 11.2% ABV

Tasting Notes: Rum raisin, blueberries, dark cherries, and brown sugar

Hops: German Northern Brewer, and UK Fuggles

Special Notes: Aged in chardonnay barrels for 14 months.


Bronco

Wild HOrse w/ Blackberries

GOYA

Fresh Fruit Sour | 5.7% ABV

Tasting Notes: Lemon, white wine, black tea

Special Notes: This unique barrel aged sour is bursting with fresh fruit juice. The base sour was fermented with a blend of Lactobacillus and an ale yeast and then aged for eleven months in wine barrels. We then added loads of juice from hand picked lemons  from one of the brewer's trees.

All Progress beers are made with American, English, or German base malts, and supplemented with American, Canadian, German, Belgian, and English specialty malts.

All Progress beers are vegan, no animal products or additives are used in the making or fining of our beers.
